It's a super holiday base to enjoy Wells next the Sea and explore the wider North Norfolk Coast. Centrally located 800 metres behind the Quay, it offers an easy walk to the harbour, shops, pubs and cafes of this vibrant seaside town - voted the second best seaside resort in Britain by Holiday Which magazine. The Mousetrap offers a central location with the added bonus of parking space for two cars.

"Great Christmas Break"
"The cottage was in a perfect location opposite the Church and walkable to town. Although the cottage is not advertised allowed me to bring my two toy dogs who slept in their baskets down stairs which I thought was very kind. The cottage was cosy and warm and we had all we needed. The bed linen and bed was superior to all the cottages we have been to as I love cotton sheets. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Carl for a great Christmas break"

"Free parking for two cars"
"A lovely cottage with modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The décor was bright and clean and the beds very comfortable. The location meant you could walk into town within a few minutes, perfect if you want a few drinks with your evening meal! Also a bonus to have parking for two cars."
