Exchanging contracts Once contracts are exchanged, you might complete in a day, you might complete in six months ~ either way, we will help you in any way possible to make this transition as smooth as possible.

Completion We will co-ordinate all the last little minute items, and ensure that we will only hand over keys to your buyer once we have had confirmation from your solicitor that legal completion has taken place and that monies have been received.
